Organic mixed greens, toasted almonds, dried cranberries, strawberries, pumpkin seeds, & our house made strawberry vinaigrette

Pimento and Crab Crostini
Roasted red pepper pimento spread with blue crab on French baguette

Traditional Turkey Dinner
Brined and roasted Maple Lawn turkey served withroasted garlic Yukon gold mashed potatoes, candied sweet potatoes, green been almondine, brioche & herb stuffing, cranberry compote & turkey gravy

Lemon Caper Blackened Rockfish*
Blackened Rockfish pan seared served in a rich lemon caper cherry heirloom tomato cream sauce topped with lump crabmeat. Served with jasmine yellow rice, rapini and winter squash vegetables

Jumbo Maryland Crab Cakes
Fresh Maryland blue crab cakes served with toasted vegetable orzo and a roasted corn and tomato salsa

Angus beef brisket smoked then topped with a red wine demi-glaze reduction served with roasted root vegetables and rosemary fingerling potatoes
