Scallops and Rock Shrimp served in a veloute sauce with fresh herbs

2nd Course

Sam’s Fall Salad
Organic field greens, mandarin oranges, roasted beets, toasted almonds &
herbed balsamic vinaigrette

Grilled Local Oysters
horseradish – bacon beurre blanc sauce


Traditional Turkey Dinner
Maple & herb brined turkey, served with pistachio-sourdough stuffing, garlic mashed potatoes, creamy mushroom green beans, with crispy onions, rich gravy & cranberry chutney

Grilled Filet Mignon
Served with black truffle butter, roasted garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus

Pan Seared Local Rockfish
With creamy potato gratin, messina lemon beurre blanc and braised swiss chard

Grilled Filet of Salmon
Topped with Maryland crab imperial, asparagus & roasted fingerling potatoes


Pear and Almond Tart with almond mascarpone
Pecan Pie with caramel and whipped cream
