Scot McMullen, Executive Chef

 

 

Executive Chef Scot McMullen has taken over culinary operations at Sam’s bringing with him over 25 years of experience.

Originally from the central coast of California, he has worked in some of the best kitchens the Monterey Peninsula has to offer.

Working at world class restaurants on the Monterey Peninsula, Costa Rica and the Tamarack Resort in Idaho, He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with him to Sam’s.

His early exposure to the bounty of the Salinas Valley and the Monterey Bay has given him a passion for local and sustainable products, allowing him to bring the best possible seasonal ingredients to the table.
