Felipe Hernandez, Executive Chef



Executive Chef Felipe Hernandez has taken over culinary operations at Sam’s bringing with him over 15 years of experience.

Chef Felipe has cut his teeth in some of the finest restaurants in Annapolis, learned from some of the top chef’s and was recently Sam’s Sous Chef for past two years.

His early exposure to the bounty of the Eastern Shore has given him a passion for local and sustainable products, allowing him to bring the best possible seasonal ingredients to the table.
