Broccoli and carrot purée topped with shaved Manchego and crispy Prosciutto*
Fresh local Whitestone oysters topped with puréed spinach, applewood bacon and shaved Parmesan
2nd Course (choice of one)
Fall Organic Mixed Green Salad*
Toasted almonds & walnuts, crumbled Maytag blue cheese, dried cranberries, strawberries, pumpkin seeds, & our house made raspberry vinaigrette.
Sautéed Cremini & oyster mushrooms in truffle oil served on a bed of toasted French baguette then topped with free range poached egg & shaved parmesan cheese.

Traditional Turkey Dinner
Brined and roasted Maple Lawn turkey served with choice of roasted garlic and rosemary fingerling potatoes or sweet potato mash with horseradish & crispy pancetta, green been almondine, Brioche & herb stuffing, cranberry compote and turkey gravy.
Wild caught rockfish pan seared served in a rich cherry heirloom tomato cream sauce topped with lump crabmeat. Served with roasted rosemary fingerling golden potatoes and broccolini sautéed in white wine garlic butter with fresh squeezed Meyer lemon.
Surf and Turf
Fresh blue crab cake with butchers cut cast-iron seared hanging tender loin with a pink peppercorn au Poivre reduction. Served with a fire roasted white corn salsa.
Braised Beef Short Rib*
Angus Beef braised boneless short rib with a red wine demi-glaze reduction served over Lyonnaise potatoes and glazed tri color carrots
