Sam’s Fall Salad

Organic field greens, sliced green apples, shredded asiago,

pumpkin seeds & honey cider vinaigrette

Entrees

 Traditional Turkey Dinner

Maple & herb brined turkey, served with pistachio-sourdough stuffing, garlic mashed potatoes, creamy mushroom green beans, with crispy onions, rich gravy & cranberry chutney

Grilled Filet Mignon

Served with garlic butter, potato gratin and grilled asparagus

Pan Seared Local Rockfish

With creamy potato gratin, garlic spinach & a lemon beurre blanc

Maryland Crab Cakes

Served with cheddar cheese grits, green beans and tartar sauce

Dessert

Bread Pudding with apples & rosemary honey

  Pecan Pie with caramel and whipped cream

 Pumpkin-Caramel Cannoli with chocolate chips

 

4 Course Dinner $55 per person

Kids under 12 $16 per person for a traditional turkey dinner
